Shipping and Returns

What is the normal turnaround time for orders?

Apparel orders standard production time is 10-14 business days.  Items in stock will ship within 1 business day.  The Quick Ship category items are all stocked and will be shipped within 1 business day.  

Non-stocked items are produced after ordering and production times vary between 10-18 business days.  Please see item description for production timeframes.

Orders with on demand items and in stock items will be shipped separately.

Shipping is only available within the United States.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No.  We ship via UPS Ground which requires a physical address.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

If you have chosen to embroider one of our high quality items, it will not be able to be returned or exchanged. We do go above and beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied, so if there is a problem with the actual product once received, please let us know immediately.  We will take care of any defective or incorrect items immediately.

How do I know what size to order?

There are spec sheets with a breakdown of the material and the sizing chart on each apparel item.  Click the link to see the size chart for each item.  Please keep in mind each item may measure differently.
